NOTICE: To the general public, Guest, Members and visitors, by participating in any Denver Elks Lodge #17 event, for being allowed to participate in such event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Denver Elks Lodge #17, its officers, employees and members from any claim and/or attorney fees arising out of my participation in any event, except for the sole negligence of the Lodge. I further agree the Lodge is not responsible for damage to my property and waive subrogation on any insurance policy I may have.  Furthermore, you agree to allow the use of photographs or images arising out of  your participation in any event.
